The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Shipping and Processing times.
Estimated delivery time:
United states > 7 – 15 Business Days
Europe > 8 – 17 Business Days
Oceania and South-east Asia > 15 -27 Business Days
All other country > 17 – 35 Business Days
Please note: Shipping is quicker than listed in most cases.
Processing time includes: Order verification, customization, quality assurance, and packaging are integral steps in our process. Please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 days.
If your order experiences a delay, start by verifying the tracking number provided in your email.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Standard returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or replacement depending on your desired refund method.
Refunds can only be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to post to your payment account.
PayPal refunds can be issued back within 30 days of the purchase.
Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@forevenda.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.
We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
